Are the masterclasses live or pre-recorded?
Masterclasses are live online experiences, giving you the opportunity to learn directly from each mentor and, where included, participate in the Q&A.
Will there be a Q&A?
Yes. Each masterclass includes time for a live Q&A with the mentor. The format and length may vary depending on the session.
What if I can’t attend live?
You don’t have to be there live. Every registered attendee will receive access to the recording and can watch the session at their convenience.
Will the recordings have captions?
Yes. Recordings include closed captions in English and are available to all registered attendees.
When will I receive access?
You’ll receive access to the online platform approximately one week before the masterclass, together with a reminder and everything you need to join.
Where does the masterclass take place?
All sessions take place online through The Quiet Collective platform. You can join from anywhere in the world.
How long is each masterclass?
Most masterclasses are approximately 60 minutes+ Q&A. Some special sessions may be longer.
Can I ask the mentor questions?
Yes. Questions can be submitted before or during the live session, with the Q&A format depending on the individual masterclass.
Do I need any previous experience?
No. The series is designed to be accessible whether you are an established professional, developing your practice, or simply curious to learn from people who have spent years working at the highest level of their field.
Can I purchase more than one masterclass?
Yes. You can join individual masterclasses or, if you offer it, purchase access to the full series.
Will I receive anything after the masterclass?
Depending on the session, mentors may share recommended books, resources, exercises, or other materials with participants.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the live session, you will still have access to the recording until the end of 2026.
